To join us as an exhibitor or trade stand, please get in touch with us via our registration form. Once we have processed your registration, you will receive an email containing your joining instructions and location code. If you have not received your joining instructions by 13th August 2024 please get in touch so that we can arrange for them to be re-sent.
On the day, to help us get you to the right place on the field, please remember to bring your joining instructions with you. Ideally, please print out a copy of the field plan to make it easier for you to find your space.
If you have registered for the car show as a member of a car club with more than five cars registered, please find your club space. For other clubs who would like be placed together, please arrive in convoy so that we can help you make this happen. For all other exhibitors, please refer to the code on your joining instructions to locate your space on the map.
